 Tobacco Free Student Seminar Series

To assist students in understanding how tobacco affects a person’s health, strategies for quitting to use tobacco and much more Creighton, is providing a series of free information seminars. Join us!

March 26: 7- 8 p.m. Union Pacific Room, Reinert Library
So You Use Tobacco

The objective of the workshop will be to explore what type of tobacco user you are and help you decide if your ready to quit using tobacco

March 27: 7- 8 p.m. Rare Book Room, 141, Reinert Library
Other Than Cigarettes

The objective of the workshop will be to discuss other tobacco forms of use (i
e. Cigar, snuff, hookah, and smokeless tobacco).

April 2: 7- 8 p.m. Union Pacific Room, Reinert Library
Using Tobacco to Cope

The objective of the workshop will examine the relationship between tobacco use and
coping strategies such as stress, alcohol, and eating.

April 3: 7- 8 p.m. Rare Book Room 141, Reinert Library
Calling It Quits

The objective of this workshop will walk the participants through the steps to quitting tobacco using Creighton’s Commit To Quit program format.
